Our commitment to you
This Privacy Policy explains how Rasky Limited ("Rasky", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you visit our website at rasky.co.uk and any related domains, or when you interact with us through our contact channels. By using this website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit any personal data through this website.
Rasky Limited is registered in Scotland under company number SC826394. Our registered office is at Third Floor, 3 Hill Street, New Town, Edinburgh EH2 3JP, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of the page. Your continued use of this website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
The personal data we collect
When you submit our contact form or otherwise contact us, we may collect the following personal data: your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, company name, company size, and the content of your message to us.
When you submit our EVA waitlist form, we collect the following personal data: your name, business name, city, position or job title, and email address. We also collect your perk preferences (which optional EVA features interest you) and your response to a pricing question, including any alternative price you suggest. We additionally record the IP address from which the form was submitted; this is captured automatically by our servers and is used to understand the general geographic location of sign-ups (at city or country level) and to detect fraudulent submissions. This information is used solely to manage your waitlist position and to contact you about EVA when it launches.
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, the pages you visit on our website, the referring website that brought you to us, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for security, fraud detection, and to improve the performance of our website.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
How we use your personal data
We use the personal data you submit to respond to your enquiries, to provide information about our products and services that you have requested, to fulfil any contractual obligations between us, and to communicate with you about your relationship with Rasky.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to twenty-four months from the date of submission. We may use this information in aggregate and anonymised form to improve our products, refine our internal training, and develop our services. You can request erasure of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@rasky.co.uk.
We may also use your personal data to comply with our legal obligations, to enforce our terms, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rasky, our customers, or others.

- Legal obligation, where we are required to process your personal data to comply with the law.
Sharing your personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

- Professional advisors, including lawyers, accountants, and insurers, where necessary for the operation of our business.
- Regulators, law enforcement, and other authorities, where we are required to disclose personal data by law or to protect our legal rights.
- A successor entity, in the event Rasky is acquired by, merges with, or transfers substantially all of its assets to another organisation. In such a case, your personal data will continue to be protected under this policy or a successor policy.
Some of our service providers may store or process personal data outside the United Kingdom, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where this is the case, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
